A new group launched this year showing movies that are a mix of classics and those that make you think, smile and applaud, rather than pure nostalgia. Movies so far have included...

On Golden Pond (1981), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), Moulin Rouge! (2001), Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), The Graduate ( 1967), The Return of the Pink Panther (1975), The Sting (1973).

We use the smaller hall at Our Lady's Church which can accommodate up to 40 people. We watch a film together, then enjoy a chat with tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards. We request a small voluntary donation of £2 for the hall hire, tea/coffee and towards equipment - there is no charge for the film.
